Mass Birthday Ceremony for Divyang Children (2018)

In June 2018, Lok Sanskriti Manch of Indore, India, achieved a world record by organizing a mass birthday ceremony for 366 specially-abled (Divyang) children, covering a full year of birthdates (January 1st to December 31st). The achievement was recognized by the World Book of Records, London.  The event was attended by the former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who presented the certificate of the record. The celebration aimed to honor and bring joy to children with special needs through a collective celebration.  The ceremony included officials from the World Book of Records, including Dr. Rajeev Shrivatav, Er. Surbhi Kaul, Shri Rajesh Shukla, and Shri Ashish Mishra.

Largest Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idol Making Lesson

Lok Sanskrati Manch in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has established a record for conducting the “Largest Number of Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idols Making Lessons,” instructing students and society members in making 15,000 clay idols. Led by Shri Shankar Lalwani, this initiative focuses on using natural, biodegradable materials to promote environmental sustainability during Ganesh Chaturthi. Recorded by the World Book of Records, London for 15,000 eco-friendly Ganesha idols made by students and society members. Workshops utilize organic raw materials, including natural soil, clay, cow dung, and cow urine to create environmentally safe idols. The workshops focus on making 3-8 inch idols that are easy to create, often incorporating seeds for post-immersion plantation. Workshops are hosted at various locations, including the historic Krishnapura Chhatri in Indore.

Led by Shri Shankar Lalwani, this monumental event brought together thousands of citizens, students, and volunteers who united to hold and carry the massive tricolor through the streets of Indore. The grand initiative aimed to foster a profound sense of patriotism, unity, and national pride within the community. Officially verified and certified by the World Book of Honour, the spectacular display celebrated the unyielding spirit of India. The record-breaking procession was attended by prominent dignitaries and official adjudicators who formally presented the certificate of recognition to the organization.
